- Help coordinate the title policy with the title examiner
- Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and escrow accounts
- Prepare and send out closing packages to buyers, sellers, brokers, attorneys, and lenders
- Ensure all terms and conditions of the purchase agreement are being completed timely and accurately
- Coordinate and interact professionally with industry contacts such as loan officers, underwriters, brokers, buyers, sellers, and realtors
- Understanding of mortgage loans, title commitments, title insurance, and real estate contracts
- Over 3 years of real estate closing experience in residential sales, commercial sales, refinance, REO, or short sale escrow
- Prefer college degree or equivalent work experience - high school diploma required
- Must possess proficiency in escrow / title software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
