    JOB TITLE: General Manager

    DEPARTMENT: Operations

    SUPERVISOR: District Manager

    GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Manages the operations and staff of a restaurant, ensuring the execution of all Company policies and procedures.
    • Provides leadership, direction, and training to subordinate managers and crew.
    • Creates and maintains a customer-centric environment.

    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • 5 Star Talent:
    • Develops subordinates for future promotion opportunities.
    • Ensures proper training, development, and retention of staff.
    • Executes human resource programs effectively.
    • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Growth and Profit:
    • Maximizes sales and profits goals through effective management.
    • Participates in marketing programs to enhance sales.
    • Manages costs and expenses for profitability.

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB:

    • Education: High School Diploma or GED required
    • Minimum of 3 years of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
    • Other:
    • Ability to learn and apply company procedures.
    • Experience in supervisory practices and HR policies.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and training practices.
    • Must be able to work well with others and adapt to change.
