- Manage accounts receivable, credit, collections, and cash receipts posting
- Lead chargebacks reconciliation and weekly reporting
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and 3PL Partner Team on chargebacks reconciliations and investigations
- Provide daily and weekly cash receipts reporting and liquidity updates
- Partner with Specialty Division Team on billing and collection efforts
- Handle specialty division customer payments via credit card processing platform
- Develop strong relationships with Specialty Division Customers through effective communication
- Prepare monthly invoices for consignment customers and billbacks to retail partners
- Work on monthly bank reconciliations and chargebacks accruals
- Support the monthly financial close process of accounts receivable
- Assist with ad hoc projects and internal inquiries
- Provide finance team support as needed
- Oversee accounts receivable and collections for boutiques and E-commerce Stores
- Associates Degree in Accounting, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, or Credit Risk
- Proficiency in MS Office and ideally Sage 100 ERP
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Collaborative and multitask-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to new challenges

Description
SPECIALIST, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
REPORTING TO: Manager, Accounting
FLSA: Non-Exempt
LOCATION: New York, NY (hybrid schedule)
JOB OVERVIEW: This role is responsible for handling Accounts Receivable tasks to ensure the smooth and accurate operation of ICP's wholesale, retail, and E-commerce business. The Specialist will offer administrative and functional assistance, focusing on issue resolution for retail partners with a proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented approach. Responsibilities also include account reconciliations, processing month-end journal entries, and maintaining the company's culture based on Transparency, Recognition, Accountability, and Communication.
