- Maintaining program areas and equipment to ensure safety.
- Conducting regular facility walk-throughs.
- Keeping equipment inventory up to date.
- Supporting branch operations as part of the management team.

- Attending training and conferences for professional development.
- Performing all assigned duties effectively.
- Minimum age of 24.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (10 years of YMCA management experience can be equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing staff and budgets.
- Commitment to YMCA's mission, vision, and values.
- Completion of required trainings and certifications.
- Good understanding of exercise science principles.
- Familiarity with emergency procedures and policies.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Capability to perform various physical activities.
