- Oversee flow of Service Shop workload, Ensure that customers vehicle's are repaired promptly and correctly and effectively.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Make sure all customers cars are repaired as soon as possible and time commitments are adhered to.
- Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
- Price out repairs of vehicles as required by warranty
- Organized and friendly personality
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Time management skills
- Possess mechanical knowledge of vehicle repairs
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
