    Responsibilities

    The Integrating Planning manager will report to Order fulfilment management in the Positioning & Metrologies Center of Excellence and will have the following roles and responsibilities:

    Responsibilities
    • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with various levels in the organization.
    • Manage and lead supply chain activities including strategic process transformation, supply chain planning, material requirements management, inventory management, demand and orders management and supply chain performance.
    • Lead efforts within Supply Chain functions including materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand management and order fulfilment.
    • Communication of departmental needs and objectives to the Supply Chain Team along with training, developing, mentoring, and assisting team members is crucial.
    • Identifies and defines goals and objectives for team aligning to corporate objectives especially for Revenue, Inventory & Gross margin.
    • Manage all personnel issues and performance evaluation of direct reports, on capability and career development.
    • Promote and communicate a culture of process within the organization.
    • Develop and implement procurement strategies that bring opportunities in new or alternative suppliers to reduce costs for existing programs and enhance new program development.
    • Manage the interaction internally with cross-functional departments, externally with customers and suppliers to ensure proper alignment in achieving business objectives and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaboration with Finance team to align PL45 & SIS business requirement.
    • Perform constant inventory analysis aimed to reduce exposure to expired products, avoid stock-outs and minimize inventory discrepancies.
    • Maintain a business relationship with key peers at 3PL.
    Qualifications

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, finance, or equivalent experience.
    • Experience in field or related field of supply chain planning.
    • Minimum 8 years supply chain management experience, encompass visioning, planning, critical thinking, communication, negotiating, influencing and decision-making skills.
    • Good understanding of key business metrics
    • Strong analytical skills and work ethic, able to lead a team of planners, buyers, and analysts effectively.
    • Proficient knowledge of Oracle, RR and Power BI

    California pay range: MIN $148, MAX $246,000.00/Year

    Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
