    ICI Services is an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment support to government customers.

    We are seeking a

    Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Senior Engineer

    to support our Navy customer in

    Norfolk, VA.


    Security Clearance:
    Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.


    Position/Job Description:

    • Plan, coordinate, schedule, orchestrate, and manage the CPS Program AIT work efforts in support of the successful installation and integration of the CPS Weapon System in DDG 1000 class ships
    • Provide support which includes scheduling, planning, estimating, process tracking, and reporting on installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
    • Serve as the CPS SME on programmatic and technical issues during the execution and work with AIT leads and other stakeholders to develop and implement solutions and corrective actions.
    • Serve as the liaison with the CPS Program Office to ensure strategies into tactical plans are accomplished.
    • Oversee CPS Program AITs and coordinate the completion installation tasking.
    • Serve as the liaison between Ships Force, Shipyards, SUPSHIP/RMC, OEM, and other stakeholders.
    • Assist the government and shipbuilder ship superintendents/hull managers with the development, integration, and progressing of Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) for related installations, programs, and projects.

    Experience Requirements:

    • 10 years' Experience with shipbuilding, maintenance, testing, and Ship repair on US Navy ships.
    • Experience with Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS).
    • Experience with DDG 1000 repair, testing, and maintenance.
    • Experience working with SUPSHIP, and Regional Maintenance Center (RMC) processes.

    Educational Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Years of experience may substitute for education.
