- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
- Manage a team, providing guidance and support for excellent customer interactions and efficient service delivery
- Daily management of production operations and team
- Perform daily audits of customer service, purchasing, labeling, dating, waste, sales, temperature, and inventory management
- Identifies areas of risk/problems and advises leadership. Works on resolution while keeping leadership informed
- Initial and ongoing training of staff to ensure compliance
- Working with Manager to create team member schedules to ensure adequate coverage

- High school diploma or equivalent Req
