    About the Payroll Clerk Opportunity

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team in Williamsburg, FL.

    • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in payroll processing, including posting weekly and biweekly payrolls, handling expense statements, and interacting with corporate and project teams.
    • A bachelor's degree is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Familiarity with JD Edwards and Oracle software is also a plus.

    As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations and generating and managing payroll reports. You will also perform reconciliation of payroll data and work closely with corporate and project teams to meet their needs.
