- Organize coverage from other medical staff during holidays and vacations.
- Uphold high standards of practice for the patient population.
- Manage the private office and all clinical decisions within.
- Advise on operational policies including purchasing, budget, personnel management, and more.
- Attend to after-hours calls and office appointments.
- Engage in community service activities as needed.
- Oversee risk management, coding compliance, and quality assurance in the practice.
- Remain attentive and work safely at all times.
- Perform other assigned duties.
