- Assist members with opening and closing accounts, answering questions about products and services, and resolving any members service needs.
- provide prompt, friendly, personal and professional service to all members.
- responsible for credit union transactions in order to service the member including loan processing, promoting marketing programs, and utilizing cross-selling standards in order to become the member's primary financial institution.
- responsible for following all policies and procedures and servicing the members in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
- supervise branch operations and coach team members to ensure a well-trained and highly motivated staff.
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Admin
- Prior experience in the Credit Union or industry background is preferred with prior supervisory experience
- Subject to drug and background check
