- Prepare, review, and submit permit applications to regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and construction, to gather necessary permitting documentation.
- Maintain relationships with permitting agencies to facilitate smooth approvals.
- Provide guidance to project teams on regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Track multiple permits and proactively address potential delays.
- Research and analyze permitting trends and regulatory changes affecting the industry.
- Assist in responding to permit-related inquiries from government agencies or stakeholders.
- Support audits and internal compliance checks related to permits.
- Identify process improvements for faster and more efficient permitting workflows.
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience, formal trade, or technical skills training
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or up to two years of basic understanding of permitting processes
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred
- Routinely: Work alone in remote locations, use keyboard and mouse
- Occasionally: Climbing stairs, Standing, Walking, operates vehicles
