- Responsible for the technical management of the local maintenance staff, and overall performance.
- Manage daily maintenance operations and task prioritization.
- Coordinate maintenance efforts with staff
- Manage inventory, documentation, and reporting.
- Provide leadership, training, and guidance to maintenance staff.
- Generate and maintain documentation, including work orders, equipment manuals, and maintenance logs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A minimum of five (5) years of facilities operations related experience is required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to pass a federal background check.
