    The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the overall strategy and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at increasing customer adoption and utilization of the LightForce bracket system.

    The primary objective is to drive B2B and B2C conversion rates by collaborating with relevant internal and external stakeholders to develop strategic marketing plans.

    A successful candidate should have a customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills to devise effective plans that yield positive business outcomes.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities


    Foster strong relationships with marketing and business partners to create key enablement assets for both new customer adoption and practice enablement.

    Develop and implement effective marketing aimed at the orthodontist, TCs, and clinical teams to boost clinical confidence and deepen relationships.

    Lead data-driven marketing initiatives that increase customer sell-through (aka patient case submissions) as well as convert and inspire patients to broadcast their experience across their network.

    Manage and create new sales enablement tools through the ShowPad platform. Ensuring version control, consistency in messaging, and an effective sales organization.
    Lead vendor relationships to develop a premium customer experience throughout their journey with LightForce.

    Education and Experience

    3+ years of professional marketing experience in the orthodontic, dental, or 3D printing, industry a plus, but not required
    Experience leading multiple projects focused on increase customer utilization, retention and support of B2B salesfoce
    Located in the Greater Boston area a plus but not required
    Extremely well-organized and detailed oriented
    Willingness to travel to various locations, for events; up to 30%, including some weekends
    Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
    Experience with Salesforce, Slack, , Jira a plus
    Project management experience and certifications a plus
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Requires the ability to use hands, and reach with hands and arms
    Requires the ability to see, listen, and speak

    Work Environment

    Work is generally performed in an open office, sedentary position.
