    • Job Type/Pay:
      • Full-time Mechanic position available in the Vancouver OTR Garage

      $35.36/hour

      $1 Shift pay differential

      If you have the required experience, your responsibilities will include maintaining and repairing vehicles, diagnosing mechanical issues, managing parts inventory, and charging parts and labor to work orders.

      Technical Experience Preferred:

      • A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred and necessary for promotion
      • 5 years of experience with formal training
      • Skills in reading pneumatic and electrical drawings
      • Ability in preventative maintenance on all equipment, Tractor and Trailer maintenance, major and minor electrical work, welding, and more
      • Basic computer experience
    • Other duties may include:
      • Attending training and team meetings
      • Actively improving results
      • Shop clean-up
    • Schedules available:
      • 4X10 Schedule
      • Sun-Wed 9 PM - 7:30 AM
      • Tue-Fri 9 PM - 7:30 AM

      Work Location: Vancouver, WA

      License/Certifications: Brakes, Diesel Engines, and Preventive Maintenance Inspection

      Minimum Requirements:

      • At least 18 years of age
      • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
      • Physical flexibility for extended periods
      • Comfort working in tight spaces for extended periods
      • Willingness to work on/under trucks for a full shift
