Job summary
The Program Manager has primary responsibility for the strategic development implementation and management of outreach communications and marketing for the Yanai Initiative in the UCLA Department of Asian Languages and Cultures.
- Manage public events on campus off-campus in coordination with multiple collaborators participants under direction develop strategize implement communications publicity program activities writing editing copy creating graphic presentations website social media videos photography listserves other marketing outlets promote coordinate academic opportunities visiting graduate students VGRs small grants programs coordinate collaborators Japan organize joint international programs produce bilingual English Japanese marketing materials provide support information long short-term visitors travel housing campus resources policies perform duties as needed Hybridremote work possible occasional evening weekend hours required.
