    POSITION SUMMARY:
    Introducing Nestle Purinas new Williamsburg Township, Ohio, factory just 30 miles east of Cincinnati.

    This world-class factory will be built from the ground up to produce a wide variety of some of the most trusted and beloved pet care brands in the U.S.

    This position supports traceability of finished goods into and out of the Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS) within the factory warehouse.

    You will help to maintain ASRS reliability and efficiency through troubleshooting and projects, while also maintaining the systems that control the ASRS and conveyance to ensure proper throughput for warehouse operations.

    The first several months of this position will require travel for training purposes to other Nestle Purina factory locations. There will be little to no travel required once the Williamsburg Township facility is operational.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Monitor the operation of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), including messaging & troubleshooting within the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and SynQ (ASRS logic system)
    Respond to and correct any problems within the ASRS systems including pallet jams, pallet tracking errors, etc.
    Process Quality Assurance holds and requests to move product out of the ASRS systems
    Monitor system performance by tracking key metrics such as inventory variance, system moves, etc.
    Actively participate in all Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement initiatives within the factory
    Comply with all Nestle and Purina policies and procedures

    Requirements

    High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
    2+ years' experience in warehouse coordination, material tracking, logistics, or related within a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing or military environment

    Other

    Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) experience preferred
    SAP experience preferred

    The approximate pay range for this position is $45,000 to $68,000.

    Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.

    Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
