Dominic Villa, an Illuminus Community, is located among the rolling hills of the picturesque driftless region in southwest Wisconsin, just south of Platteville and a short 10-minute drive from Dubuque, Iowa.

Dominic Villa offers long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehab to older adults and is a truly peaceful place to live and work.

We are seeking kindhearted and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team in full or part-time capacities. In this role, you will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident's total nursing needs.

This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care.

NOC (10:00 pm - 6:00 am)
Shift Differential Available for PM and NOC shifts
8/80 Overtime
Rotating Holiday Schedule (Recognizes 6 federal holidays, Rotates Yearly)

Maintains a positive image of the entity in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.

Coordinate and delegate care of the residents so that compliance is assured with local, State and Federal regulations and administrative policies.

Assures quality of care adhering to best practices around inflection prevention and control provided by the nursing department.

Responsible for routine checks of residents who are ill or have problems, noting any changes in condition and assisting staff in responding to these changes.

Conveys accurate and adequate assessment information to physicians, residents, responsible parties and staff as appropriate.
Performs medical treatments and evaluates their effectiveness.
Responsible for the support, development and supervision of certified nursing assistant and medication administration assistant personnel.
Investigates any incident report or error in procedure through the quality assurance and process improvement methodology.
Attains and maintains adequate personnel and supplies in the nursing department.
Assesses resident care needs and assists in the development of individual plans of care as needed.
Changes staff assignments as needed and attains replacements as needed.
Participates in committee meetings and interdepartmental meetings that align with Quality Assurance Process Improvement Standards.
