    JOB DESCRIPTION: Post-Doctoral Scholar at Penn State College of Medicine - Department of Public Health Sciences

    The Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA, is looking for a Post-Doctoral Scholar to join the team at the Penn State Tobacco Center of Regulatory Science. This scholar will support projects funded by the NIH/FDA, under the guidance of Dr. Joshua Muscat.

    Responsibilities include statistical analysis of The Population Assessment of Tobacco and Health (PATH) Study, as well as assistance with clinical trials on little cigars' impact on subjective experiences, use behaviors, and toxicant exposure.

    Qualified candidates should hold a doctoral degree in public health, psychology, or a related field, along with experience in clinical research. Previous knowledge in tobacco and PATH data analysis is beneficial but not mandatory.

    This role offers a competitive salary, conference travel funds, and opportunities for collaboration and training at NIH/FDA-funded Tobacco Centers of Regulatory Science nationwide.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Doctoral degree in public health, psychology, or related field
    • Experience in clinical research
    • Knowledge of tobacco and data analysis
