Job Description```Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll perform a variety of functions in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment. You'll carry out preventative maintenance activities, handle emergency/breakdown maintenance, perform various types of repairs, use measurement and test equipment, and maintain clean and organized work areas. You'll also prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork, work both independently and as part of a team, and adhere to all safety rules and practices.

Benefits

Competitive pay rate ranging from $31.16/hr. to $40.43/hr.
Sign-on bonus: $1000 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, and $500 after 1 year.

Qualifications

MN Special Engineer Boiler License or higher.
Strong mechanical skills and aptitude.
Proficient in pneumatics, electrical, PLC, and hydraulics.
Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Five years of maintenance experience with at least one year with the same employer.
