    Job DescriptionSelects Water Sourcing Specialists work directly with the water sources in the field.

    The Specialist will ensure all processes and procedures leading to the completion of information gathering to make decisions on the source of the water and the cost of the route for the water to be used.

    Assist in right of way and water transfer routes. This position also supports daily operations, business analysis, market strategy, sales and various development initiatives.
    The essential job functions include, but are not limited toRight of way negotiations and water transfer route access.
    Permitting/access, TX DOT and country permitting.
    Landowner negotiations for temporary access.
    Various other entities with right-of-way to be utilized.
    Negotiate with landowners regarding securing resources and access.
    Water permitting with local, state, federal for ground water, surface water and wastewater.
    Utilize Google Earth to map potential routes, clients and sources.
    Read and analyze USGS topographic maps.
    Record sales, transfer volumes, and other activities in an organized and efficient manner to meet internal and regulatory requirements.

    Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
    Must possess valid drivers license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle according to Selects insurance guidelines.
