    Description

    This role is responsible for overseeing the organization's ongoing operations in the assigned territory. The incumbent in this position analyzes processes, procedures, expenditures and other financial information to develop plans, policies, and budgets for maximizing profits, utilizing space, and improving services. Establishes and maintains positive customer relations to ensure timely, quality services.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities
    • Oversees activities directly related to management of warehouse operations
    • Directs and coordinates financial and budget activities to ensure excellent customer relations, maximizeinvestments, and increase efficiency
    • Maintain relationships with customers and foster organic growth and customer service & retention
    • Reviews financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
    • Build & develop key leadership in the organization that solidifies a sound succession plan
    • Directs and coordinates communication plans that ensure employees are informed of the state of the business and how their contributions are aiding the business
    • Support cross functional department cooperation that enhances the productivity of the organization
    • Ensure the business is compliant with all laws and HR policies
    • Lead the organization by example and hold others to a high degree of accountability
    • When needed, travels to other regions to help manage business efforts as assigned
    • Other duties and projects as assigned
    Qualifications

    Position Qualifications

    Education
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Materials Management or equivalent combination of experience and education.
    Experience
    • 7+ years of increasing responsibility leading complex organizations.
    • Demonstrated success as a leader building and leading high producing teams.
    Knowledge
    • Strong P&L experience
    • Logistics, Operations, Complex business operations
    • Contract negotiation, Quality background Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.
    Skills/Abilities
    • High energy, Demonstrable Leadership, Talent Identification, Team Building
