    ECOMMERCE / DIGITAL MARKETING Manager

    We are looking for a passionate, analytical, and creative Marketing & Ecom Manager to join our team. This is a key role in the company, and will work closely with the CMO to develop marketing strategies before fully executing the planned initiatives. This role will drive the ecom business and marketing efforts across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is has strong foundation in digital marketing,, understands the ski industry, and knows how to manage the customer journey.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Ecom Manager will scale through optimizing and managing the website and digital channels to create a best-in-class e-commerce funnel and brand experience across all aspects of the customer lifecycle. This role will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day online business including email, SMS, Meta ads, and partnership with cross-functional teams (creative, customer experience, social, digital agency) helping to set, maintain and improve KPI's. The ability to execute on strategy with designers, developers and photographers is imperative.

    The right candidate will be driven, self motivated and come to Renoun with experience driving conversion preferably in the outdoor equipment industry (ski industry experience is a plus), however familiarity with ski industry terms and on-snow activities is strongly desired.

    DAY TO DAY

    DIGITAL MARKETING CHANNELS

    · Build emails, ads, and website assets. Coordinate with designers, developers and photographers to execute marketing strategies.

    · Build email marketing flows

    · Build customer segments in both email and on-site targeting.

    · Evaluate channel performance and sales event productivity against goals, providing critical insight to the team weekly, monthly and quarterly.

    STRATEGY

    · Work with CMO to create seasonal marketing calendar & identify channels to execute.

    · Independently identify new opportunities for scale, and partner with leadership to execute.

    · Lead data analytics reporting and utilize insights to drive scale.

    · Identify evolving technology needs and execute new initiatives.

    · Be customer obsessed, drive loyalty and retention.

    · Monitor and analyze customer lifecycle, create strategies to drive growth.

    WEBSITE

    · Own (hands-on impliementation of) site product launches and updates with the marketing team.

    · Own site (hands-on updates) functionality, taxonomy, search, and product merchandising.

    · Identify opportunities for site optimization. Partner with CMO to build roadmap for site improvement / optimization.

    · Deep understanding of ecmmerce performance kpis and how to tune them is critical.

    · Partner with CEX team to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and NPS score.

    · Monitor the site to ensure optimized performance around customer engagement and conversion across different customer types.

    · Monitor the live site daily to check for issues, opportunities, and product accuracy.

    · Provide regular competitive analysis.

    · Partner with creative teams to consistently ensure the site is fresh.

    SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

    ·

    · 5+ years of experience in of experience in digital brand strategy and/or digital marketing.

    · 3+ years experience in direct email marketing

    · Creative mindset and ability to develop novel, interesting, and on-brand promotional ideas

    · You have successfully ideated, managed and launched product and/or promotional campaigns.

    · Have strong experience working with designers, developers to execute on marketing initiatives.

    · Collaborative team player with strong work ethic.

    · You have demonstrated experience building and scaling a brand and are excited to jump in and manage competing priorities.

    · You have an analytical mindset, with proven experience defining and delivering performance metrics for brand initiatives and gleaning actionable creative insights from data.

    · Proficient in Google Analytics and Shopify.

    · Proficient, hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar email platform) mandatory

    · Strong analytics and Excel skills. High comfort level with online performance measurement and attribution models.

    · Comprehensive knowledge of paid performance and SEO and CRO. You have a keen eye for detail and an obsession for the customer journey and experience.

    · Excellent presentation, organization, and project management skills.

    · Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

    · You're entrepreneurial in spirit (start-up experience preferred)
