Business Development Director
A highly experienced Business Development Director is sought to lead our hospital's inpatient and outpatient growth. In this key role, you will design and implement innovative referral programs, drive census growth, and foster a culture centered on patient safety and care excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate teams effectively. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry is necessary.
