Job summary
The Family MedicineP physician provides comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting,
serving patients of all ages with a focus on patient-centered,evidence-based care aligned with FQHC standards and HRSA guidelines.
- Assessment,dx,treatment,pv services,cd management,test ordering,prescribing,& coordinating w/specialists.
A MD or DO degree is required along w/completion of residency & active medical license,& DEA reg.& preferably experience in underserved communities & EMR systems.
