Position Summary

The 7/8 middle school science courses include 7th grade life science (2 sections), 8th grade chemistry/physical science (2 sections), and an elective/enrichment course based on interest and skills. Courses integrate Biblical worldview and STEM lab investigations.

Job Responsibilities

Unit and lesson plan, course instruction, laboratory experiences, manage clerical aspect of teaching: assignments, feedback, grading, supplies, organization, and communications. Professional duties including conferences, professional development/training, general team and building duties.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher in the sciences or related field Licensed teacher: Minnesota or other state (current) Educational technology Prior teaching experience (2+ years) Strong math aptitude

Preferred Experience

STEM training/experience Technology experience a plus Science-related experiences (teaching or individually)
