The Labor and Delivery Unit at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is seeking an experienced L&D Registered Nurse to work PRN.
Schedule:
This is a PRN position and hours will be as needed.
The Labor and Delivery unit at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital located in Fairfax, Virginia has recently undergone a beautiful renovation.
The usual staffing assignment consists of 1 RN for 2 laboring patients and change to 1 nurse to 1 patient based on acuity and phase of labor.

Requirements:
Required Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting. 2+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery is strongly preferred.
General
Requirements:
Proficient in English, strong verbal, and written communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor towards others
Values team collaboration
Proficient computer skills required
Minimum Education Requirement:
BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 24 months of start date.
Minimum Licensure/ Certification Requirement:
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Virginia or hold a privilege to practice in the State of Virginia under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
