    Headquartered in Norwell, Massachusetts with offices in Los Angeles, CA and London, UK, Zildjian products are sold globally through distributors and via a network of dealers.

    All Zildjian products are made in the USA at our cymbal factory in Norwell, MA and drumstick/mallet factory in Newport, ME.


    The


    ROLE:
    Director of Integrated Marketing

    S/He is a consumer-focused, digital-first brand builder with substantial experience driving growth in a multi-channel environment inclusive of advertising, PR, digital and social media, dealer/distributor co-op programs, experiential & events, and partnership marketing.

    As champion of the brands, s/he will oversee and guide a holistic approach across all our channels to ensure consistency and best-in-class delivery of our brands in all our communications and touchpoints, inclusive of campaigns and content.

    As a leader in the organization, the Integrated Marketing Director will be collaborative, communicative, and a positive motivator for her/his team and a reliable partner for teammates in Brand Management, Sales, Artist Relations, Education, and Customer Service.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead, inspire, mentor, and manage a 5-person team inclusive of two Social Media Managers and Creative Team Members (Sr. Graphic Designer, 2 Content Producers)

    Lead the annual global marketing planning process for all of our brands inclusive of the development of an annual marketing calendar, with quarterly themes and programs, and support for product/category launches and evergreen brand messages.

    Ensure consistent and seamless delivery of our brands across all programs.
    Lead recommendations and execute sponsorship and partnership activations. This can include consumer and event/competition sponsorships and education partnership programs.
    Continue to drive digital transformation by fostering innovation in digital marketing and social media strategy and tactics.
    Leverage data analytics and owned platforms to extract consumer insights.

    Leverage insights to deepen consumer personas and journey mapping and connect the dots cross-functionally to ensure all efforts are driving impact with our key consumer targets and delivering results.

    In collaboration with Brand Managers and the broader marketing and Artist Relations team, lead the development of integrated marketing activations and content plans.

    This includes collaboration on strategy and brief development, leadership in execution, and the analysis of performance and KPIs for optimization of efforts moving forward.

    Lead development of customer co-op marketing plans; gain alignment and provide sales and customers with required assets and executional inputs; collaborate with customers to track results and optimize programs
    Collaborate with international sales and distributors to activate and customize marketing plans as needed for identified key markets
    Lead corporate, brand, and product PR efforts and partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a roadmaps for new product launches and large scale corporate events and initiatives, including our 400th Anniversary
    Lead internal and external agency creative and content development. Work with creative team to identify and manage freelance and creative agency resources.

    Collaborate with eCommerce Manager on approach and execution of paid media spend to maximize impact across retail and eCommerce channels.


    Oversee and manage the overall marketing budget, including:
    budgeting, forecasting, spend reconciliation.
    Requirements
    10+ years of demonstrated success in building and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels with specific emphasis on digital, social, content, and partnerships/sponsorships
    Proven track-record of building and developing highly-motivated and high performing teams

    Deep understanding of the digital eco-system including email, Google platforms (search, display, video, analytics, trends), and leading social media platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat and others.

    Proven track record of understanding, adapting, and executing within an ever-changing media landscape
    Experience building and optimizing SEO, SEM and paid digital campaign strategies
    Proven track-record of leveraging data analytics and mining owned platforms to extract consumer insights to inform and optimize strategies and plans
    Highly collaborative; ability to lead, influence and inspire own team, cross-functional partners and non-direct reports at all levels within the organization, artists, and external partners
    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across the organization and externally with high-level artists and influencers
    Excellent project management skills and ability to multi-task and track a wide variety of activities under deadline, paying close attention to detail
