As the Director of SEO you will lead our SEO team and manage the growth and success of the SEO team. You will collaborate closely with C-Suite to ensure our vision is seamlessly integrated into every aspect of our SEO strategy. Ensure quality product is being delivered for all clients enrolled in SEO products Manage and motivate a growing team of 20+ in-office remote and offshore SEO analysts strategists content writers and web developers Mentor and train teams on industry standards company protocols and best practices Drive personal growth and development among the SEO team through mentorship Craft execute partner marketing strategies to drive growth Develop comprehensive internal processes for seamless implementation across our portfolio Provide expert guidance on best practices execution Implement scalable tracking solutions using tools like Google Search Console Google Analytics Foster a client-centric culture focused on continuous learning and growth Educate CHD on advancements to ensure Account Managers & Sales team effectively communicate our achievements abilities Boost departmental company revenue through efficiency enhancements strategic diversification support new business opportunities Other duties may be assigned
