    Opportunity
    Under the general supervision of the Associate Director Aftermarket Parts & Service – Latin America, the role encompasses the following
    Specific Responsibilities
    Manages assigned accounts to achieve and support Parts Department's revenue and margin goals.
    Performs QAD and SAP related duties at a proficient-user level.
    Backup to other Sales Coordinators and support department overall objectives.
    Understands how to effectively use supplier's resources and parts ordering websites.
    Understands how to effectively use Kohler research tools, warranty site, etc.
    Understands how Kohler Power Resource Center and Kohler Power Parts impact the distributor.
    Priorities: 90% in order management and 10% commercial activities based on assignments.
    Order Management
    Manage assigned portfolio of customers (distributors and direct accounts).
    Effectively manage order entry, invoicing and processes.
    Effectively manage open line items and open order report.
    Support On-Time-Delivery department metric.
    Manage invoicing issues and pricing errors.
    Run reports on agreed upon schedule.
    Daily email/phone communication with customers to secure high levels of service.
    QAD and SAP usage to achieve tasks.
    Commercial Excellence
    Champion high levels of customer service
    Profile portfolio of customers to understand customer's needs.
    Engage in commercial initiatives such as consumable launches, product training and rebate programs

    Skills/Requirements
    Associate degree in marketing, business administration, accounting or computer science is preferred.

    At least 1 years' experience in Sales Administration or 1-year experience in a customer service position with direct customer contact preferred.

    Familiarity with the Generator Division businesses and products is preferred.
    Skilled use of Microsoft Office applications required. Applications used are Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    In-depth knowledge of QAD and SAP sales and shipping functions preferred.

    Bilingual:
    English and Spanish is required
    Responsible self-starter who will work independently to meet deadlines and commitments to support the division.
    Must take ownership of projects.
    Must be accurate and thorough in execution of tasks.

    Candidate should be a proactive, analytical thinker with good judgment and curiosity to identify and solve underlying problems, suggest programs and study alternative methods of operation.

    Good problem-solving skills and communication skills are required.
    Good planning and organization skills are a must to juggle multiple projects.
    Should project a professional image with external and internal customers.

    Flexible working mode (hybrid): 3 days at the office and 2 days remote, after the associate becomes proficient in their working tasks.

    The
    hourly range for this position is $ $31.45. The specific hourly rate
    offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including
    the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available
    benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
