    **Description**

    **TransCore Amtech Systems, LLC (AMS), a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, Inc, (NYSE:ROP) is seeking a full-time Customer Service Technician to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico.**

    **Job Summary:**

    The Customer Service Technician will provide technical support to customers, distributors and resellers for full range of RFID products used in the transportation industry.

    **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

    Provide technical support to customers of TransCore RFID products.

    Maintain working technical knowledge of assigned products.

    Work with other departments, such as manufacturing, engineering and product management to provide updates on recurring or systematic problems of products.

    Assist in development and updating of product documentation based on lessons learned from providing technical support.

    Responds to customer inquiries and issues regarding fielded equipment as well as new installations.

    Perform operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment to replicate issues reported on fielded equipment, in order to develop solutions.

    Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions.

    Occasional travel to provide on-site technical support.

    **Required Skills and Experience:**

    A minimum 1 year of related experience or combination of education and relevant experience.

    A minimum 1 year of experience as electronics technician.

    Troubleshooting Systems and Equipment.

    Debugging/Testing Systems and Equipment.

    Knowledge of Electronic Circuits/Schematics.

    Experience with electrical lab test equipment.

    Drivers license with clean driving record.

    **Education Requirements:**

    Associate degree in relevant field, such as electronics, electrical engineering, computer engineering or technology.

    Bachelors degree preferred.

    Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
