    Job Type: Full-time
    Description: In this role, you'll provide top-notch professional services to all team members, collaborating closely with managers. Your main responsibilities will include planning, overseeing, and evaluating all aspects related to human resources, training, and orientation. Your goal is to establish HR practices and goals that create a culture focused on employees, high performance, quality, and continuous growth of a top-tier workforce. You will be leading various HR areas such as recruitment, pre-employment processes, and payroll functions.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Manage day-to-day HR functions including policies, procedures, recruiting, employment, and payroll administration.
    • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards for HR.
    • Develop recordkeeping procedures to manage regulatory compliance.
    • Coordinate employee orientation, development, and training programs.
    • Address hiring challenges and organize recruitment processes effectively.
    • Implement HR strategies across talent acquisition and management.
    • Oversee annual performance assessment programs.
    • Assist in employee relations investigations as needed.
    • Provide staff training for excellent customer service.
    • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
    • Participate in quality improvement activities and staff education programs.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Education and/or Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. You should have at least 5 years of HR experience with a minimum of 1 year in a managerial role. Certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is a plus.
    Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, write reports, and effectively present information.
    Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems and interpret instructions accurately.
    Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    Physical Demands: This role may require sitting, handling objects, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
    Work Environment: Work in a quiet to moderate noise level environment and handle various hazards.
