When you work at the House of Hope Mission Mart, you are helping to provide HOPE for men, women and children facing homelessness Would you like to join our team?

We are looking for a part time cashier who will provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers at the Mission Mart.

Applicants must:

• Maintain accountability for cash register
• Welcome all customers when they enter the store with eye contact, a smile and a verbal greeting, and thank them when they leave
• Treat all customers and co-workers with respect
• Answer the phone and speak to customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist customers in purchasing merchandise. Be friendly and make sure they are aware of any sales or promotions.
• Enforce store policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Assist customers with donation drop-offs
• Perform other duties assigned by managers
• Take initiative in daily tasks
• Work efficiently and display time management to accomplish work duties
• Exhibit good work habits in attendance and punctuality
• Display a life that reflects House of Hope's Core Values: Ministry, Hospitality, Integrity, Community, and Opportunity
