Responsibilities
- Collect report and document clinical data Take vital signs height weight intake output pulse oximetry collect specimens Collect laboratory samples perform lab testing in accordance with established policies procedures as well as COLA CLIA regulations Assist with patient activities care assigned charge nurse/designee indicated patient plan care Provide superficial wound care Maintain patient privacy confidentiality information records times Provide maintain clean safe environment perform assist others proper aseptic technique isolation precautions infection control measures Assist admission transfer discharge patient Prepare patients chaperone examinations/procedures assists other treatments Maintain supplies restraints precautions collect report document related to emergences unusual behavior Travel all facility locations required Attend staff meetings company sponsored mandated meetings as required Perform additional duties assigned
