Seeking a full-time, experienced BC/BE Hematologist Oncologist to help build a new team in Des Moines, Iowa.

Become an integral part of our well-established, statewide cancer service line as we embark on an exciting expansion in the Des Moines market.

Details:
36 patient contact hours

Volume: 12-15 patients/day

Primarily Outpatient
Admit to Hospitalist service
APP inpatient rounding
Equitable Physician second call
Opportunity to teach residents and medical students
Participation in clinical trials
Built-in mentorship

Case Mix:
Solid Organ Tumors, Breast, Gynecology, Hematology


Compensation/Benefits:
2-year income guarantee of $650K
$600K income guarantee plus production in year 3
100% production based in year 4
$150K recruitment incentive
