Through the assets and technologies WIS acquires, we will provide wellsite services aimed at optimizing and extending the life of oil, gas and geothermal wells.

These services will include a wide range of well intervention services that extend from fishing and remedial to slot recovery, coiled tubing to final well abandonment and more.

Primary Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines (mill and/or lathe) with minimal supervision. Familiarity with Mazak, Fanuk, Okuma and Haas Controls.

Ability to make tooling offset changes and minor program edit changes if needed, with the support of in-house programming department.

Monitor controls and make necessary adjustments to achieve product specs and change cutting tools.
Read dimensions and tooling instructions from work orders and blueprints.
Verify conformance of machined parts to product specs.
Load and unload material and align material to specs.
Plan and perform machine operations which require complicated set ups, troubleshooting with a high degree of accuracy.
Familiarity with machines controls such as Fanuc, Mazak, HEIDENHAIN and or Siemens. Proficient in one and adaptable to in-house control.
Edit program as needed to achieve conformant machined components.
Maintain traceability of machined components.
Handle special projects as assigned.
Follow company regulations for a safe and healthy workspace.
