    Description of the Position

    As DOTS Sales Associates, you play a crucial role in advancing Trek's Mission by delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the global impact of promoting cycling. Serving as Guides, our Sales Associates assist customers in achieving their cycling objectives, maintaining their bikes in optimal condition, and ensuring a remarkable riding experience from start to finish.

    Objectives to Meet:

    • Enhance sales and customer service aptitude through training and practical experience.
    • Attain monthly and yearly sales targets.
    • Expand knowledge on bicycles, accessories, and technology.
    • Engage in regular team meetings and reviews.
    • Implement the Guide Sales Process to deliver exceptional service.
    • Ensure effective communication and follow-up with customers.
    • Demonstrate care and integrity in customer interactions.
    • Stay updated with Trek University modules to enhance product knowledge.
    • Assist in various tasks such as store maintenance, merchandising, and bike preparation.
