Adventist Health Rideout is seeking a Market Medical Director to support our ambulatory clinics in the Yuba County area of Northern CA. This position will play a pivotal role in providing clinical leadership working closely with operations and business development. The Market Medical Director will oversee medical operations, drive quality improvement initiatives and foster collaborative relationships with healthcare providers and community partners. Position would require 60% seeing primary care patients and 40% administrative duties.

Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., internal medicine, family medicine, etc.).
Employed model through Adventist Health Medical Group (AHMG)
Wage Scale: $275,000-$350,258/year
