    Job Description:

    To supervise, monitor, and review all site accounting activities, including balance sheet account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable billing, credit and collection, payroll, and operations systems and procedures control features.

    Responsibilities:

    • Train staff on job duties for Accounts Receivable Clerk and General Cashier positions.
    • Coordinate on-site accounting functions and act as liaison for corporate accounting requests and Centralized Accounting Services.
    • Provide monthly status reports to EOC and Corporate Accounting Team.
    • Manage Accounts Receivables to minimize risk and generate sufficient cash flow.
    • Ensure smooth Accounts Payable process.
    • Assist in attaining financial goals.
    • Review and authorize rebates, credits, and rebilling for direct bills, credit cards, and cash accounts.
    • Resolve guest disputes and requests in a timely manner.
    • Implement effective tracking system for rebates/adjustments.
    • Work closely with departments to resolve Systems & Controls problems.
    • Daily balance of Income Audit to Daily Report.
    • Complete general ledger and bank reconciliation.
    • Ensure timely month-end close.
    • Produce accurate financial statements.
    • Prepare inter-company reconciliation and solve disputes.
    • Daily cash management functions.
    • Accuracy of payroll and resolve issues.
    • Prepare Balance Sheet analysis.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Internal audit compliance.

    Qualifications:

    • 4-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality.
    • Previous experience as Assistant Director of Finance in a hotel.
    • Flexible work schedule, including weekends.
    • College degree preferred, in Accounting or Finance.

    Compensation:

    $85,000 - $100,000 annualized. Actual compensation offered may fluctuate based on qualifications and/or experience.
