    Maximus Partners is recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst for one of the most prestigious companies in the Philadelphia region Working in the Conshohocken area, The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in driving financial analysis, modeling, and reporting initiatives with senior leadership throughout the corporation.

    Salary up to $112,000 plus both employee and company performance bonuses, along with exceptional benefits.


    Roles and Responsibilities:
    Work directly with senior management in analyzing business drivers, challenges, and opportunities, providing financial insights to support corporate decision-making.
    Analyze complex financial models and reports to provide timely recommendations including return on investment, resource allocation and cash flow.
    Continually develop financial and forecasting models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
    Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop pricing strategies, assess profitability, and evaluate investment opportunities.
    Analyze monthly financial results vs. forecasts to provide recommendations to senior leadership and clients.
    Understand and explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending.
    Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
    Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate financial projections.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics. MBA or CFA designation preferred.
    Minimum 6 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, planning, and reporting roles.
    Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.
    Ability to work with minimal supervision and present clearly to senior executives in various departments.
    Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
