    Part-Time Summer Physical Therapist - School-Based Antioch, IL

    • Position Type: Contracted
    • Schedule: Monday - Friday, On-Site

    Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking to make a difference in the lives of children? Soliant is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a part-time Physical Therapist for our partnered school in Antioch, IL.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide physical therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
    • Assess students' motor skills, strength, and range of motion to determine therapy needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve students' physical abilities and independence.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development and educational goals.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and communication with team members.

    Requirements:

    • Valid Illinois state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
    • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Reliable transportation to commute to the school site in Antioch, IL.

    Schedule:

    • This is a part-time contracted position.
    • Monday - Friday schedule, on-site at the school.
