    Description

    5000 Sign-On Bonus NEW to Skagit Regional Health\***Staff Nurse Skagit Valley Hospital –Orthopedic and Surgical Care**(9) FTE positions available Night and Day Shift**Why Orthopedic and Surgical Care? (You will get experience with telemetry, surgery, med-surgical, and chemotherapy.

    *The Staff Registered Nurse is responsible to the Department Director or Manager and is to be clinically competent; delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Effectively interacts with patients, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.

    It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job.

    AHA (American Heart Association) Health Care Provider BLS required


    Experience/Training:
