- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of executive administrative support experience.

Main Responsibilities: Providing dedicated executive-level administrative and special project support to the Foundation's President & CEO and Office of the President.
Location: Palo Alto, CA (hybrid); the chosen candidate will be based in the Bay Area for this dynamic role.

The Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health collaborates with Stanford Medicine and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital to elevate philanthropy's impact on children and families in Northern California and beyond. Through fundraising and grantmaking initiatives, the Foundation propels scientific research, innovation, and healthcare reform to enhance care quality and drive future healthcare improvements.
Key Responsibilities
As the Executive Assistant in the Office of the President, you will play a vital role in providing executive-level administrative support to the President & CEO. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, you will ensure efficient operations and effective stakeholder engagement to maximize the President & CEO's impact.
If you enjoy a dynamic environment where attention to detail is crucial and juggling multiple tasks is the norm, this role is for you. The compensation for this position ranges from $111,000 to $136,000 per year.
