What does the job entail?

PLEASE NOTE: This position is for the SECOND SHIFT, operating from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Coordinate and oversee the production of designated roofing lines
Adjust production schedules based on changing needs
Address technical inquiries related to product manufacturing
Handle employee relations matters, emphasizing safety, productivity, and team morale
Implement safety measures and ensure compliance with operating standards
Prepare production reports and manage wage adjustments

What are we looking for in a candidate?

Education background including two years of college in Business or Production Management
Previous experience in a manufacturing plant with diverse product lines
Supervisory experience with teams of at least 10 individuals
Proficiency in asphalt roofing manufacturing or similar industrial environments
Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
Knowledge in the field is a plus
