Director of Finance

search.

The company, a highly successful and rapidly growing business, is searching for someone to oversee all accounting and finance for the company.

The Director of Finance will report to the President and work closely with the board.

The role is very interactive with operations and has the opportunity to really get to make an impact in the business.

Responsibilities:
Leading all FP&A including budgeting and forecasting
Creating business cases to support financial business decisions
Creating a dashboard and KPI's to improve visibility and accountability in the business
Oversight of month-end close and reporting
Financial statement preparation and management reporting
Serve on the leadership team and work closely with the board and other executives
Ad-hoc projects

Desired Candidate Profile:
8 – 10+ years of finance & accounting experience
Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
Strong experience analyzing inventory related metrics, labor, and other critical data
Strong experience creating KPI's and/or a financial dashboard
Proven skills working as the financial liaison with non-financial leaders; assisting to educate them on financial metrics
Desire to help a company grow and improve
Good communication skills and an executive presence
