    At Talkiatry, we empower psychiatrists to focus on patient care while leveraging proprietary technology to enhance treatment outcomes.

    We provide in-network, outpatient treatment for children and adults with depressive, anxiety, attention, and other disorders. Our team is led clinically by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a board-certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist with an additional board-certification in addiction medicine.

    Our Promises

    • Lighter administrative burden: We will handle patient scheduling, billing, and various other support functions.
    • The efficiency of our practice benefits you: Our single specialty focus, scale and technology allows for better reimbursement rates while maintaining lower practice expenses which enables us to pass the economic benefits to our psychiatrists.

    You decide what allotted time is appropriate for your patients: minimum of 60 minutes for intakes and 30 minutes on follow-up visits. We also offer a strong in-house referral network that allows you to refer patients to specialists and therapists whose practice exclusively supports patients our psychiatrists are actively treating.

    Additionally, Talkiatry's Full Time Psychiatrists compensation plan totals ~$300K- $350K+ annually, which consists of a base salary, in addition to a monthly productivity incentive; monthly productivity incentive is guaranteed throughout clinician's onboarding ramp-up period.

    Your Qualifications

    • Board eligible or certified in Psychiatry: Subspecialties strongly encouraged to apply.
    • Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine: We can assist in obtaining licensure as needed.
    • Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills:
