Job Description

9+ years of experience as a Senior Business analyst to support the implementation of Infor Nexus at Mattel.
This will be a 13month onsite project in LA.
Supports Mattel on Data Analysis , documentation, and validation of business requirement.

Work with business stakeholders and other SMEs to assess current capabilities, understand business requirements and apply technical background/understanding in the development of System Requirements Specification (SRS) documents.

Strong experience working on Agile methodology.
Preferably has some experience in the logistics domain but not a must.
