    About the role:


    As an IT Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and providing hardware support as well as security and communications throughout the pharmacy.

    You will be a key stakeholder in building something from the ground up and have a tremendous impact as Apostrophe grows.

    This role is primarily onsite, based in Gilbert, AZ, and will report to the Associate Director of IT.


    You Will:
    Communicate well and work closely with the management team to ensure the needs of the pharmacy are satisfactorily met

    Uphold a customer-first approach to IT and interface daily with employees

    Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, email systems, laptops, software, and hardware

    Own and implement security policies and procedures to keep our systems and employees safe

    Evaluate system security in compliance with SOX and HIPAA

    Manage company-wide systems (Gmail, Okta, and more)

    Work with cross-functional partners to find efficiencies and execute improvements to our internal systems

    Partner with IT to develop and document IT processes and best practices

    Act as the first line of response for any technical issues that arise at the pharmacy

    Ability to juggle multiple priorities that may shift frequently

    Able to work independently and with a team

    You Have:

    3-5+ years experience

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant work experience

    Expert in proposing, implementing, configuring, and testing solutions to complex business-critical problems

    Experience operating successfully within a high growth and fast-paced environment

    Strong Networking background (Firewall, VLAN's, Subnets, IoT setup etc.)

    Experience with user-centric customer support, including strong technical knowledge of Mac OS X and Windows

    Familiarity with Cisco Meraki (security appliance, managed switches, wireless access points, and cameras)

    Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be desirable

    Excellent communications skills both verbal and written

    Strong creative and analytical thinking with a high attention to detail

    Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H's compensation range for this role.

    An estimate of the current salary range is

    $80,000 – $100,000

    H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package

    that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU's) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company.


    The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.
