• Sunday / 7p 7aEmployee Referral BonusWhat does a Rouse RN Supervisor do?Direct, evaluate and supervise the nursing services on assigned unit in order to provide continuity of the highest quality of care.

Assess nursing needs of residents, develop and manage care plans. Oversees and delegates nursing staff, assisting in their growth and development.
Provides effective distribution and utilization of staff on shift. Assumes full charge of nursing units as necessary and in emergency situations.
Ensure that the dignity of all residents is preserved.
Supports and follows through with team goals.

Enhances nursing department by working together as a team to accept ownership for tasks while exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

What are the requirements to be an RN Supervisor at the Rouse?Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Must possess a license as a registered nurse issued by the PA State Board of Nursing Education & Licensure.

Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in long term care or gerontological nursing with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

Must possess effective leadership and communication skills.
Candidates who do not meet the minimum requirements may be considered for Staff RN positions when available.
