- High school diploma. Preferably, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in machine design and project management.
- 5+ years of proficiency with SolidWorks CAD software for creating floor plans and component details.
- 7+ years of machine design experience if lacking a Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in creating Bills of Materials.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively interact with customers and vendors.
- Experience with machine components, mechanisms, drive components, etc.
- Ability to collaborate with all departments throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to machine commissioning prior to shipment.
